These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of Das Leaves software (the “Software”), developed and owned by Turtleshell Software (“we”, “our”, “us”). By installing or using the Software, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. License

• We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Software solely for internal business or personal use with Autodesk® Revit®.
• You may not rent, lease, sublicense, sell, distribute, or otherwise make the Software available to any third party without our prior written consent.
• You may not copy, modify, translate, reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Software.

2. Ownership

• The Software, including all code, features, designs, documentation, and associated intellectual property, is the exclusive property of Turtleshell Software.
• Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership rights to you.

3. Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Redistribute, publish, or share the Software without written permission.
• Attempt to bypass, disable, or tamper with licensing or protection mechanisms (if implemented).
• Claim ownership of or misrepresent the Software as your own.

4. Feedback

We welcome suggestions, bug reports, and feature requests at info@turtleshellsoftware.com. However, by submitting feedback, you agree we may use it without restriction or obligation.

5. Disclaimer of Warranty

• The Software is provided “as is” and “as available”, without any warranties of any kind, express or implied.
• We do not guarantee that the Software will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet all user requirements.

6. Limitation of Liability

• To the fullest extent permitted by law, Turtleshell Software shall not be liable for any damages arising from or related to your use of the Software, including but not limited to data loss, downtime, or project delays.
• Your sole remedy is to discontinue using the Software.

7. Termination

• We reserve the right to revoke or terminate your license at any time if you breach these Terms.
• Upon termination, you must uninstall and cease all use of the Software.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of Queensland, Australia, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

9. Updates

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Software after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
